【1】 Before installing the window, check the size of the window, the type, specification and performance of the window meet the requirements, and remove the opening leaf.

【2】 Measure the size of the opening of the installation window, determine the installation position, and select the width of the sealing tape.

【3】First complete the pasting of the waterproof and vapor-permeable tape on the outside of the window. Leave a margin of 50-100mm at the corner, and leave the lower edge of the window not pasted. Fix the tape end with a length of about 100mm to ensure the airtightness of the tape joint position.

【4】The next step is to complete the pasting of the waterproof vapor barrier film on the inside of the window, and also leave a margin of 50-100mm at the corners. The underside of the window is not pasted, and the end of the tape is fixed with a length of about 100mm.

【5】Install special load-bearing accessories for windows.

【6】 Clean the surface of the window opening. Level with a level. In order to ensure the quality of the paste, the interface agent can be sprayed if necessary.

【07】 Place and install load-bearing auxiliary accessories on the underside of the window, and use a level to level.

【08】The window is in place and fixed by installing load-bearing auxiliary accessories. The installation of load-bearing auxiliary accessories can be replaced by wooden wedges, blocks and frames.

【09】Calibrate the horizontality of the upper and lower window frames and the verticality of the frame, and fix them with temporary measures.

【10】Fix the bolt holes on the wall through the window frame, and the drilling depth shall meet the requirements of the bolt length. and keep the inside of the window frame  clean

【11】According to the requirements of window products, select suitable installation accessories.

【12】Before tightening the bolts, calibrate the horizontality and verticality of the window frame again.

【13】Remove useless installation auxiliary accessories.

【14】Paste the waterproof and breathable film on the outside of the window and the wall, first press it by hand, and then use a roller to compact it. Be careful not to stretch the tape, make sure the tape is stretchy.

【15】Paste the waterproof and breathable film on the lower side of the window, and the single lap joint between the two ends and the frame sealant is not less than 100mm.

【16】 Fill the gap between the window frame and the wall with styrofoam on the interior side. Water should be sprayed on the wall before gluing to ensure that the contact surface of the foaming agent is wet. After the foam strength reaches the required level, remove the excess.

【17】Paste the waterproof vapor barrier film on the inside of the window. Also use the hand to press first, and then the roller to roll.

【18】Paste the waterproof and breathable film on the lower side of the window, and the single overlap between the two ends and the frame sealant is not less than 100mm.

【19】Finally, the lower side of the window is fixed, usually using special anchors.

【20】Finally install the opening leaf.
